One bedroom rates based on double occupancy. Children under 17 free
when sharing accommodations and existing beds with adults.
Extra guest charge $12/night.

Rates subject to a $25 reservation fee.

Minimum Stay Required: 4 nights
Cancellation Policy
There will be a cancellation fee of $100 with a
minimum of 3 months notice prior to arrival date.
If notice is given within 2-3 months of arrival date
the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations within the 60 days of arrival or
after the arrival date, payments will be retained. If
the condo can be rented a pro-rated refund will
be issued.
Our guests are advised to consider traveler's
insurance. Mahalo.
Damage Deposit
$300 damage deposit is required with payment.
Once the condo has been inspected for damage and missing items your
deposit will be returned within 10 days.

Our Maui Hideaway is Non-Smoking.
Maximum Occupancy limited to 4 people.
12.42% Hawaii State & Transient/Accommodation Tax.
Deposit (50%) is required within 5 days of booking to confirm your desired
dates.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cleaning fee $100
Late checkout requests ,if available, 1/2 of one night's rate.
